Our consultations provide clients and families with direct access to a specialist for clinical insight and practical strategies. These professional consultations are not therapy sessions, but targeted, evidence-based support to address behavioral, developmental, or emotional concerns.

Families and support teams gain targeted strategies, tools, and resources to interpret behaviors, foster understanding, and create environments where communication thrives. These services build relationships, open new possibilities, and allow individuals to live the highest quality life possible.

All services are billed at an hourly rate of $100. After a free, initial consultation, you will receive a customized estimate outlining the anticipated hours required for your specific goals and needs (e.g., data review, consultation, therapy, or ongoing support).

“For me, the most important thing is making sure every individual has a way to be heard—whether that’s through words, gestures, sounds, or behaviors—and helping others understand what those messages mean. Communication is more than talking; it’s about being recognized, respected, and understood. When someone can share what they want, need, or feel, it changes how they experience their day and how others connect with them.”

FAQs

Who do you work with?

We work with individuals of all abilities who are hardest to understand, including those with limited communication, complex behaviors, or unique ways of expressing themselves. This includes children, adults, and anyone who has been told they can’t communicate or understand.

Why is communication important?

Communication is a basic human need—it allows individuals to express their thoughts, feelings, and needs. Effective communication reduces frustration, helps manage emotions, and builds stronger, more meaningful relationships. It also opens up opportunities for learning, social connection, independence, and a higher quality of life, giving individuals the ability to participate more fully in daily activities and engage with the world around them.

What do services include?

Our consultations are highly individualized and may include assessments, one-on-one sessions, therapy, and practical strategies. We provide guidance, resources, and training for families, caregivers, and support teams to help the individual communicate more effectively.

How are caregivers involved?

Caregivers are trained through hands-on guidance, modeling, and practical strategies tailored to the individual’s needs. We teach them how to interpret behaviors, respond consistently, and create environments that support clear and meaningful communication.

What can I expect?

Outcomes often include clearer communication, reduced frustration, improved emotional regulation, and stronger relationships. Individuals gain confidence and independence, while families, caregivers, and support teams develop practical strategies to understand behaviors, respond effectively, and create supportive environments.

What is the next step?

The next step is to schedule a consultation. We’ll assess the individual’s unique needs, discuss goals, and create a personalized plan with strategies, therapy, and training for everyone in their support network. Prices vary depending on the recommended services and choices, and we’re committed to helping design a plan that fits your budget.
