  • Jacqui Rush, MT-BC

    Jacqui is a trauma-informed, board-certified music therapist originally from Quakertown, PA. She earned her degree in Music Therapy with a concentration in Vocal Performance from Slippery Rock University. With experience in both private practice and inpatient psychiatric settings, Jacqui facilitates individual and group music therapy sessions for clients of all ages.

    She specializes in working with adults navigating grief, trauma, and mental health challenges, as well as individuals with special needs. Drawing from psychodynamic music therapy techniques—including improvisation, songwriting, and lyric analysis—Jacqui helps clients explore emotional insight, process experiences, and develop tools for self-advocacy and emotional regulation. Her compassionate, client-centered approach fosters healing, resilience, and personal growth through music.

  • Kate Foster, MT-BC

    Kate is a trauma- and neuro-informed, board-certified music therapist with over a decade of experience supporting both children and adults across a variety of clinical, educational, and community settings. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy, with a focus in Vocal Performance, from Loyola University New Orleans.

    Kate specializes in working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and ADHD. She also brings significant expertise in supporting older adults experiencing cognitive decline, including those with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.

    Drawing from evidence-based, neuro- and trauma-informed practices, Kate uses music therapy to help clients improve communication skills, increase emotional awareness and expression, and regulate sensory input. Her approach is especially effective for individuals with sensory processing differences, particularly those diagnosed with ASD. Kate is passionate about empowering clients and their support teams with tools that promote long-term growth, connection, and improved quality of life.

  • Jasmine Libert, Ed.S NCSP

    Jasmine is a nationally certified school psychologist with a passion for supporting diverse students with complex mental and behavioral health needs. Originally from Portland, Oregon, she earned her Education Specialist degree in School Psychology from Lewis and Clark College. Currently, she works primarily for the Capital Area Intermediate Unit in Enola, PA, where she collaborates with schools to provide comprehensive support to youth with disabilities.

    With experience spanning urban, suburban, and rural settings, Jasmine has worked with children of all ages, from toddlers to K-12 students, with a wide range of abilities and needs. She specializes in in trauma-informed, culturally responsive consultation, ensuring that every student receives a free and appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment. Through her collaboration with school teams and mental health professionals, Jasmine strives to reduce the impact of systemic barriers to success including special education bureaucracy and lack of resources to help build supportive learning environments that foster academic, social, and emotional growth for all students.
