Mental Health Support Groups
Life can feel overwhelming at times—but you don’t have to carry it all on your own. Our weekly support group is a space where compassion, connection, and understanding come first.
For 4 weeks at a time, we focus on a different topic—from managing anxiety, understanding depression, coping with stress, building self-esteem, handling caregiver burnout to finding balance in daily life. With guided conversations and open sharing, you’ll gain not only new tools, but also the comfort of knowing others truly get it.
Each session is held virtually, and we ask for monthly sign-ups so you can grow alongside the same group of people—building comfort, trust, and lasting support. Check out the topics we’ll be exploring below!

The month of December is A LOT. The holidays can be overwhelming, and December often feels heavier than most months. Our group this month will center on how the holidays affect us and how we can support one another through the chaos.
Our final group will be on Friday, 12/26 at 7 PM rather than on our usual Wednesday.

We’ll be focusing on needs, wants, & goals—A new year can be a fresh start to understand yourself more deeply, honor your needs, and explore new ways to support your healing and growth. We will be exploring new (cost-friendly) hobbies together and reporting back which ones help us grow.
