Frequently Asked Questions
What can I expect in my first session?
In your first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. We will ask about your goals, what brings you to therapy, and any concerns you may have. Most of the first session will be paperwork and intake discussion, however, we will plan one intervention if time permits. It’s also your chance to ask any questions and see if we’re a good fit.
How long are sessions?
Most sessions are 45-50 minutes long for individual sessions. If you are inquiring about a group session, times vary depending on population and need level.
What payment do you accept?
We currently accept private payment sources, and insurance coverage is limited at this time. If you’d like to learn more about payment options, we encourage you to schedule a free consultation with one of our therapists—we’ll be happy to answer your questions and walk you through the details.
What needs do you work with?
We work with a wide range of needs, depending on what feels most important to you. Our therapists support clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, autism, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, and behavioral health. We also provide guidance for academic and school-related needs, including IEP support. Whether you are seeking help for yourself, your child, or your family, our team is equipped to meet you where you are and provide care across all ages.
Will you coordinate with other health care professionals on my team?
Absolutely! We are committed to collaborating with your existing professional team to ensure your needs are fully supported. Our therapists will provide the guidance and assistance you need every step of the way.
